Hi and welcome, thought I'd present my self and the story behind this site.
I am Swedish guy, born in 1967, works as an electrician and living smack in the middle of Sweden.

I am in the process to rebuild and modify a Kawasaki GPZ900R -88 that I purchased in 1989.

After 85 000km, some strange engine noise and power loss, it was time to rebuild the engine and trying to get some more horsepower from it.

The rebuild is focused on getting the engine stronger and more durable so the increase of power doesn't just make a big hole in the engine block.

Thought I'd make this Web page of  my winter projects that is: rebuilding the engine, replace the carbs for Electronic Fuel Injection and under the next winter, turbo charge the bike.

For anyone interested in converting a GPZ900 to EFI there is drawings available of all the parts that I have manufactured for the project so far, hoping that in the end this site could act as a source of information and ideas to others with to much time to spare.

The site and drawings is an ongoing project parallel with the work on the bike so the update of these pages may be a little irregular.

If you have any questions or comment, mail me or join the GPZ900 Forum as
the knowledge and eagerness to help others in the forumīs are incredibly.

If you re-visit the site, you can check the Updates page for updates or on the Update page you can sign-up for notification on updates by E-mail.
